We guarantee that all AM.PM products meet the strictest industry regulations and standards. AM.PM Factory quality control centers thoroughly examine products before they are released for sale. If the product has hidden manufacturing defects during the warranty period, confirmed by a service center specialist, we will immediately replace it with a new product.
Warranty periods for products purchased for private use begin to run from the date of sale.
Note: the appearance and completeness are checked by the buyer upon receipt of the goods.
The warranty does not apply to the following types of products:
- for products whose malfunction is caused by damage during transportation that occurred after its handover to the buyer, by improper installation, careless handling or improper care (care recommendations are given in the instructions that are part of each product);
- if it is proven that the product has been repaired/disassembled/remodeled by unauthorized persons using non-original spare parts and components;
- for product failures caused by causes beyond the manufacturer's control, such as pressure drops in water supply networks, corrosion of water pipes, water pollution, natural phenomena, natural disasters, fires, etc.;
- for sanitary seals, decorative overlays and aerators.
