RETURN INFORMATION

It is important to us that you are happy with your AM.PM purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item and we will refund you using the same method of original payment.

We work hard to ensure that your beautiful new bathroom equipment reaches you in perfect condition. If you would like to return an item due to a fault, we will arrange for free collection and delivery of your item.

Returns due to customer error are subject to a 20% (percentage) fee of the order price to arrange pickup.

Tell us about your return and we will arrange everything for you to arrange a collection day that is convenient for you.
Make sure your order is packed in its original packaging and is ready for collection.
Once the collection has been made, the funds minus the restocking fee will be refunded to the card you used for the purchase
